| Looking at the popularity of last years’ event, Club has planned a Flood Lit Cricket Match event in Winter. The committee will make necessary arrangement like Ground booking, Floodlighting, Umpires, Rules, Scoring, and other sports gears for teams. |

| Club wants to restart a quarterly bulletin, which should be mainly informative about clubs service projects and other activities, about clubs fellowship, major events, new members, awards received etc. The bulletin will be financed by advertisement contribution from club members. Four issues will be published in the year. |

| Outreach Committee: |
| The committee will undertake to divide the entire strength of Clubs Ladies into several sub-groups and will appoint a group in-charge for each group. The group head will make it a point to co ordinate with each member of her group for encouraging to attend and participate in club activities. Committee will also organize Ladies special meets and events. |
